Our Services

GNE connects clients with independent, licensed notary professionals for mobile notarization services in the St. Louis metro area. GNE acts as a scheduling and dispatch service; notary services themselves are performed by independent notary partners, not GNE employees.

Booking & Payment

Appointments may be booked via our website or by phone. Payment is collected at time of booking through our secure payment processor.

SMS Communications

By booking an appointment, you consent to receive SMS messages from GNE related to your appointment, including confirmations, dispatch status, and arrival notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is used.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, to compensate the dispatched notary partner for reserved time.
• No-shows (client unavailable at the scheduled time and location) are non-refundable.
• If GNE is unable to dispatch a notary partner for your appointment, you will receive a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

GNE facilitates connections between clients and independent notary partners. While we vet our network, GNE is not liable for the conduct of independent notary partners beyond facilitating the booking and dispatch process.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
